In collaboration with Resonance Consultancy, Celeste facilitated a workshop involving stakeholders from Auberge and SV Capital of Denver to explore the concept of developing a destination of natural beauty and adventurous experiences, seamlessly integrated with a secluded residential community in Punta de Mita.
Building on the insights and ideas gathered during the workshop, Celeste helped define both the physical attributes and the emotional essence of the project. Through an in-depth analysis of the destination, target markets, and unique opportunities, she crafted a compelling positioning statement. This statement clearly articulates the resort's offerings, its intended audience, the experiences available to guests and residents, and the reasons they are drawn to this exceptional place.
